1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of limited drops and small-batch production, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Failure to read product descriptions

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit

We reserve the right to determine eligibility.


3. Returns (If Accepted)

If a return is approved:

  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


4. Shipping Issues

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly.


5. Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claim. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Collection efforts
  • Legal action if necessary
